No, monthly fees are + VAT. There's no activation fee: you only pay the fee for the module you activate.
Yes. ARCO™ is a monthly subscription with no annual commitment: you can activate, combine and cancel modules at any time.
Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial (7 days for QUOTA). There's no charge during the trial: you only pay if you decide to continue at the end, and you can cancel at any time.
During onboarding our team imports your existing data (contacts, inventory, appointments). The service is included in the initial setup.
The Standard plan gives full access to the module as it is, with corrective maintenance and platform updates. The Grow Plan adds evolutionary maintenance: the module grows with your business through custom feature development, dedicated integrations, a monthly roadmap and priority support with guaranteed SLA. Custom developments can also add users beyond those included. QUOTA has its own plans, Starter, Business and Corporation, which vary users and quotes per month; each is also available as a Grow version.
